Rules pinned behind the counter

1. The shopkeepers

These terms govern your use of moonbatapothecary.com ("Moonbat Apothecary", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of moonbatapothecary.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come through the door

Moonbat Apothecary is meant only for users aged 19 or over. Using it confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. Play-money coins

• Every game runs on virtual coins given out free of charge.
• Coins have no monetary value whatsoever; they are not money, not credit and not property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and nothing is sold in-app.
• No prize carrying real-world value is ever offered.
• We may reset or adjust coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real-money gambling: none

No real-money gambling is offered or promoted by Moonbat Apothecary, and it links to no gambling operator.

5. Your shelf (the account)

• Steeping Hour and Midnight Bottle Shelf require a free account. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
• Your password is yours alone. If you think someone else has used your account, let us know at once.
• You may delete your account at any moment on your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
• An account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account, are not your property, and may be reset.

6. Behaving in the shop

You must not disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. When the shop is open, and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Ontario law applies

The laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the federal laws of Canada applicable there, govern these terms.

9. Ringing the shop bell
